You will ride on the “Happy Road” (which is 14km from the town) to pass by the Uncle Ho Statue, the heavenly terraced rice fields, the Vuong family remnants, the blossoming buckwheat paddies, etc. In fact, Dong Van is one of the most beautiful stops on the Ha Giang Motorbike Loop, which secures the great motorbike riding adventure.

Dong Van market beckons ethnic groups living roughly within a 25km radius of the town. This primarily consists of White Hmong, Black Dao and Tay people living high and secluded up in the mountains.
