Warmly welcome to Ha Noi – the commercial, political and cultural heart witnessing the grandiose activities of the country. Throughout a thousand years of history, marked by destruction, wars and natural calamities, Hanoi still managed to preserve the Old Quarter and over 600 pagodas and temples. You also find the diversity of 54 ethnic groups in the Vietnam Ethnology Museum, which is both a research center and a public museum exhibiting the ethnic groups of Vietnam.
Itinerary
HANOI CITY
8h00 – 8h30: We pick you up at your hotel, starting to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum - the final resting place of Uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh's stilt house - where Uncle Ho lived and worked from 1958 to 1969, then visit Ho Chi Minh Museum where tourists will learn about his devotion for Vietnam.
10h30: We continue our trip to Tran Quoc pagoda, Buddhist relics and national heritage, lying on one side of West Lake.
11h00: Then we’ll proceed to with one of these options:
Option 1: Bat Trang Ceramics & Pottery Village
(On Mondays – Fridays)
Option 2: Vietnam Museum of Ethnology
(On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
12h30: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
13h30 – 13h45: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – The first university in Vietnam.
15h30: Leaving for Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple where people worship General Tran Hung Dao – the most talented general of Vietnam in ancient times.
