DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY
| 08:30 | Luxury van picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta on the way to Ha Long Bay. |
| 11:30 | Arriving Tuan Chau Marina, have check-in procedures at waiting lounge. |
| 12:15 | Transfer to Orchid Cruises by a tender boat. Welcome aboard, we'll have some welcome drinks and gather at the restaurant for a cruise briefing and some safety instructions. |
| 13:00 | Passengers will be taking lunch while we cruise and visit Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay - one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. |
| 15:00 | We will head to to Dark Cave and Bright Cave, the ideal place for you to feel close up from inside Ha Long Bay by bamboo boat or kayak. |
| 17:00 | Orchid Cruises enter an open, sparsely populated area at Tra Bau - Lan Ha Bay. Please enjoy a nice swim in the green emerald water here. |
| 18:00 | Being back onboard you may join a cooking demonstration, enjoy the Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1) at the bar while watching the view of the bay at sunset Option: Massage service available. Please book with our Cruise Manager directly. |
| 19:15 | Savor a deluxe dinner made with the freshest ingredients in a sophisticated space with elegant French neoclassical style and traditional oriental touches. |

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI
| 06:30 | It is a perfect time to refresh and indulge yourself in the peaceful beauty of the bay with a tai chi session on the sundeck. If you want to hunt for dawn, get up from 5:30 to 6:00 depending on the season, and consult our sailors. |
| 07:00 | We will have breakfast at the restaurant while continuing the cruise. |
| 07:45 | Kayaking activities in the Ao Ech area are held to discover the hidden charm of Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. |
| 08:30 | Orchid Cruises welcomes you back on board and it is time for checking out. |
| 10:00 | Enjoy a delightful brunch at our restaurant while cruising back. |
| 11:30 | Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina, say best wishes, and end your cruise with us. |
| 14:30 | Back to your drop-off point in Hanoi. End of the trip. |
Price & Inclusion
INCLUSION:
- Luxury room and facilities as ordered.
- All onboard meals as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Kayaking, cooking demonstration, Tai chi session, bamboo boating, beach (if the weather permits), movies, squid fishing, music entertainment.

EXCLUSION:
- Hanoi – Ha Long transportation (luxury van is available to be booked).
- Massage treatment (available to be booked in advance).
- Personal expenses and services not included in the service include.
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Only 01 child in 01 room is considered for exemption when sleeping
sharing room and bed with 02 adults. - Free for children under 05 years old sharing room and bed with parents, the second child under 05 years old is charged 50% of adult price.
- Children from 5 to 11 years old sharing room and bed with parents, charged 75% of the price of 01 adult, with extra bed charged 300,000 VND (not applied for the Family Suite Balcony and Family Premium Suite Balcony rooms of the Orchid cruise, and for the Family Suite Balcony and Family Premium Suite Balcony rooms of the Orchid Trendy cruise)
- Two children under 12 years old sleep in a separate room, charged at the rate of 2 adults/room.
- Children 12 years and older, charged as adults.
- 01 adult and 01 child under 12 years old sharing a room, equal to the price of 2 adults/room.
- Agreeing to confirm bookings with children is at the discretion of the agency
Rules
CANCELLATION POLICY
Late changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of a reservation will be considered a late cancellation and the penalty rate will be specified below. Upward adjustment will be confirmed based on the actual situation of vacancies.
Guests traveling in groups with less than 06 rooms
- More than 15 days before departure: No compensation
- From 14 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
- From 09 to 04 days before departure date: 70% of total amount
- Within 03 days before departure or without notice: 100% of the total amount
Guests traveling in groups from 06 rooms or more
- More than 45 days before departure: No compensation
- From 45 to 31 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
- From 30 to 15 days before departure date: 50% of total amount
- From 14 to 7 days before departure date: 70% of total amount
- Within 6 days before departure or without notice: 100% of the total amount
- For the adjustment to increase the number of passengers, the agency is responsible for confirming based on the ship's condition.
- For the decrease in the number of guests, the agency has the right to apply a cancellation policy corresponding to the reduction rate of the room.
