Itinerary
DAY 01: HANOI – CON DAO
Morning flight: 2 meals (lunch + dinner)
03h00: You gather at the meeting point of the Hanoi Opera House for flights departing at 5:35 or 5:45, the bus and tour guide take you to the airport for procedures to get you on the plane to Con Dao.
5h00: You gather at the meeting point of the Hanoi Opera House for flights departing at 7:25 or 7:50, the bus and tour guide take you to the airport for procedures to get you on the plane to Con Dao.
The plane takes off to take you from Noi Bai to Con Son airport.
After more than 2 hours of flight, the plane lands at Con Son airport, the tour guide picks you up and takes you to visit the South Island, including:
- Con Dao pearl culture facility: Learn the culture process and admire the beautiful pearls from the waters of Con Dao. You can buy beautiful pearls here to make jewelry or make valuable gifts for your loved ones.
- Shark Cape: View Tai Island, Trac Islet in sight, take photos with the background of Bai Nhat, Peak of Love and the distant blue sea.
- Bai Nhat: A beach that is submerged in water and only appears at low tide, so not everyone who comes to Con Dao has the opportunity to see this beautiful white sand beach.
12h30: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, continue the journey to visit:
- Nam Co Temple: Also known as Ngu Hanh Temple, a sacred place to worship 5 goddesses (Nam Co) who govern 5 related professions including Kim (metal), Moc (wooden tree), Thuy (water), Hoa (firewood) and Tho (land). The temple was founded by the people of Con Dao in the hope that the goddesses protect and bless the people in the region so that the farmers, fishermen, craftsmen and small traders can live and prosper.
- Road End: Called after the name given by the people of Con Dao, in fact this road has been connected to the road around the island. Here, visitors can see Troc Island, Big Hon Tre as they are waving their hands off the coast. It's also a great place to save beautiful pictures in Con Dao.
- Ben Dam Port: Nestled in Ben Dam Bay, surrounded by mountains and small islands. From the wharf, visitors can experience the daily life of local fishermen here or immerse themselves in the beautiful sea and islandic nature of a coastal region.
18h00: Go back to the hotel by bus.
19h00: Feel free to go to the market to shop and prepare to visit Hang Duong cemetery.
19h30: The bus picks you up at the hotel's lobby to have dinner at the restaurant.
21h00: The bus and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point and go to Hang Duong Cemetery – where there are nearly 2,000 buried graves. Visit memorials and martyrs' graves. Visit the grave of Ms. Vo Thi Sau, who was the first female death row prisoner in Con Dao.
After that, visit and burn incense at the memorial pier 914.
Back to the hotel to rest.
Noon flight (11h10): Dinner
09h20: Be ready at the meeting point of Hanoi Opera House.
At the airport, the tour guide will help you with the procedures to get you on the plane to Con Dao.
The plane takes off to take you from Noi Bai to Con Son airport.
The plane lands at Con Son airport, the tour guide picks you up and takes you to visit the South Island, including:

DAY 02: VISITING CON DAO (B/ L/ D)
Morning:
Have breakfast at the hotel.
07h30: The bus and tour guide take you to visit historical sites:
- Con Dao Palace: Listen to the overall explanation of Con Dao past and present, see the original artifacts on display.
- Phu Hai Camp: An old prison camp built by the French colonialists. This place is famous for its rice mill, solitary confinement area and the Con Lon stone area.
- French-style tiger cage: Also known as Phu Tho camp, is the focal point of Con Dao prison. Explore the system of fortified tiger cages built hidden between buildings like a maze. See the tiger cage and listen to descriptions of the physical torture of the prisoners.
- American-style tiger cage: Also known as Phu Binh camp, with narrow and damp cells, was built in 1971. This place mainly tortured prisoners mentally. It was the first place to receive the news of Sai Gon liberated.
- Isolated Cow Barn: Used to raise cows during the French and American times. This place was used for torture by immersing prisoners in cow feces.
- Phi Yen Temple: Also known as An Son Temple. Phi Yen was the concubine of Lord Nguyen Anh and was one of the two spiritual patrons of the people of Con Dao. Visit the Temple, listen to stories about her and learn the lullaby "The wind brings the mustard plant to heaven, the laksa leaves stay to bear the bitterness of life".
- Van Son Pagoda: The only pagoda in Con Dao with a prime location leaning against the mountain, facing Con Son Bay, Con Dao town and An Hai lotus lake, is often praised by tourists as "the most beautiful pagoda in Vietnam"
Noon:
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, go back to the hotel to rest.
Afternoon:
The bus and tour guide take the group to visit the north of the island, which includes:
- Temple of Prince Cai: The temple of the son of King Gia Long, associated with the escape of King Gia Long under the pursuit of the Tay Son army.
- Dam Trau Beach: Con Dao has many beautiful beaches, but it is impossible not to mention Dam Trau, a beach associated with the legend of Cau and Trau. Coming to Dam Trau, visitors can freely bathe and enjoy the cool water of this much-mentioned beach.
- Secret Beach: A beautiful beach that still retains its pristine features like a vivid picture of the tropical sea with flat white sand and a rare mangrove ecosystem that's hard to find in other islands.
18h00: Go back to the hotel to rest.
19h30: Have dinner at the restaurant.
NGÀY 03: CÔN ĐẢO – HÀ NỘI (Ăn sáng)
Noon flight (10:25/11:50) (Breakfast)
Morning:
Have breakfast and check out of the hotel.
The bus takes the group to the airport for procedures to return to Hanoi.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, our bus/car will pick you up and take you to the first meeting point.
Afternoon flight: (Breakfast/ Lunch)
After breakfast, the bus and tour guide take you to visit:
• Chim Chim Cape: Check-in point to take pictures of hundreds of beautiful styles.
• Tau Be Cape: This is the ideal place to check-in, take photos, and also the most beautiful place to watch the sunrise in Con Dao.
11h00: Check out of the hotel. The bus takes the group to lunch.
(Lunch cost:
- Morning flights groups will be self-sufficient for lunch on the last day.
- Afternoon flight groups will be paid by the travel company for lunch on the last day.)
After lunch, the bus takes the group to the airport for procedures to return to Hanoi.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, our bus/car will pick you up and take you to the first meeting point.

Notes:
- When registering for the tour, please present a photocopy or original version of the following documents: Original ID card issued within 15 years or Passport, valid driver's license; or other documents as prescribed by the airline. For children under the age for issuance of identity cards (under 14 years old): Must bring the original birth certificate or a notarized and authenticated copy as prescribed. These papers are guaranteed to be original, not torn, erased or cut and pasted.
- The customer's name in the tour registration, or the list of members in the delegation provided to the travel company must be exactly the same as the name in the above documents. The airline will refuse to transfer if the name is wrong according to the regulations, the travel company will not be responsible for the cases where the customer does not fully meet the above regulations.
- On the day of tour departure, please bring the original ID card. Children under 14 years old bring a notarized copy of birth certificate to check in at the airport.
- Due to the characteristics of the new route, if up to 2 days before departure, the travel company has not gathered the minimum number of guests to depart, it has the right to cancel the tour, refund or delay the departure date.
- Please pay 100% of the tour price as soon as you register.
- The travel company has the right to change the child price when the number of registered children in the group is the maximum number of children allowed according to the price calculation frame.
